The Secret Anal Sex Life of Porn Stars

Filed under: Porn and Erotica, Safer Sex --

As I was watching porn the other day, I realized that although the anal sex scenes are hot, they are incredibly unrealistic. The immediate anal sex without any other ass play is unrealistic, while shots of cocks or toys going from an ass to vagina or mouth can spread bacteria. The following information should be taken into consideration when trying to reenact your favorite anal sex scene.

When Tristian Taormino visited The Smitten Kitten last autumn, she revealed that when porn stars know they have an anal scene that day, they will wear a butt plug for a couple hours before the scene to get their asses used to having something there. That is why porn stars can go straight into anal with no warming up. Most of us, however, need some stimulation, massaging, relaxing, or climaxing to happen before transitioning into full-blown anal. If you want to surprise your partner with an ass that is more readily receptive to anal, warm up with a butt plug that day or take some time each night for about a week and sit/read/masturbate with a butt plug in. It will better prepare you and your muscles for having something in your ass. If you want to ready your ass during foreplay, that’s great too. Experiment with different techniques to see what helps you relax the most before having something shoved in your butt. Maybe it’s having your balls tugged, maybe it’s using your favorite vibrator on your clit, or maybe it’s a shoulder massage. Whatever it is, be sure not to rush past it into anal sex before you or your ass is ready.

Another thing I noticed in porn is the anal to oral/vaginal penetration. Please don’t do this without cleaning off whatever was in the ass first!!! While the bacteria in the ass helps regulate the environment there, the same bacteria can cause infection if transmitted to the vagina or mouth. If you stick something in your ass and then into your or someone else’s mouth/vagina, an infection is more than likely to occur. If you want to fulfill the desire of going from anal to vaginal or oral, wear a condom during the anal part and then slip if off before the vaginal or oral part.

Remember, anal play should be enjoyable. If at any point it is uncomfortable, stop. It’s your body’s way of telling you that something isn’t right. And don’t forget to use lube!

Hi, I can’t understand how to add your site in my rss reader. Can you help me, please :)

If you go up to the address bar, there should be an orange button with white lines on it, and when you click on that it should automatically subscribe you to our site!

thanks for saying this. it’s not that I don’t know this information already, but it is nice to see someone talking about it. Porn makes a lot of chicks think they are supposed to be living up to what they see on screen, but there is plenty that goes on that we don’t know about. In porns, if you’ll notice, no one ever says “ouch, you’re on my hair!” or “you’re killing my back!”. ha ha
It’s nice to see a bit of reality talked about :)

Thanks for posting this. I think more men need to read this before asking their other half to participate. There are a lot of SERIOUS bacterial infections that can happen as a result. Use a condom people!

We have separate toys for anal/vaginal play. We still use condoms and gloves though. It helps with cleanup as well as the possibility of spreading bacteria on your hands. We had one bad experience that led to an infection and that is what drove this level of behavior. We both enjoy anal play on the receiving end but she is just learning what she likes. Porn has not really been our inspiration for any of our anal play though. Now, it has driven us into strapon play!

Me and my wife have been having anal sex for years and both of us love it! I would like to do it more than once a month but lately she has been complaining of bleeding from a crack in her sphncter wall I guess. I try to get her to fix it medically but she won’t. Any ideas?

We recommend that your wife seek medical attention. Using more lube and taking things slower should prevent that kind of injury, but at this point she should check in with a doctor to see what her best options are. Talk with your wife and find out why she is so resistant to seeking medical attention. Do your best to help her see that it is in her best interest to take care of her body.
